- The winner of the prize is responsible for all shipping charges and transportation charges if applicable. All taxes are the responsibility of the winners. All federal, state and local regulations apply. Void where prohibited by law.
- Winner will be chosen by random drawing from the list of the Mountainman Outdoor Supply Company eNewsletter subcribers. Winner will be notified via the email supplied during subscription process. If winner does not respond with in ten days of emailed notification or declines prize, an alternate random drawing will be held to choose a winner.
