My husband and I are quite tall and needed some help deciding which kayak to purchase. We were lucky to meet Tyler, who is very experienced and knowledgeable about Kayaks and provided excellent customer service. I doubt we would have made a purchase without his assistance!

Nice selection of outdoor fear, supplies and clothing. The prices reflect quality, name brand products. Lots of local guidebooks and maps. There's an entire room dedicated to clearance products in the back.

I had a problem with a bolt on my kayak. I fully expected my kayak to be out of commission for at least a week waiting for a part to be ordered. But no, Quinn took the time to look for a spare part, and then installed it in a matter of minutes. “All set – no charge – Have fun paddling!” His attitude reflects that of everyone there. Thank you for all you do.

Great store! If you need it for an outdoor adventure they probably have it, if they don't they can get it. The store is clean, well organized with easy understand displays. I love their Old Forge location too.

What a great store! There are SO MANY things here that I want 🙂 The selection and depth of product in nearly every category that they stock is impressive. I wish I lived closer.
